This Acceptance Letter is essential for completing the application file required to obtain a government scholarship.
Citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation have to obtain a Certificate of equivalency from the National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas Granted Abroad, belonging to the Romanian Ministry of National Education.
